1st Day (30/Oct): Arrival – Transfer Brasília – Alto Paraíso

• Reception in Brasília – Opening hours: Until 19:00

• Transfer: Brasília Airport / Alto Paraíso – 230Km
• Accommodation at the inn (not included)

2nd Day (Oct 31): Santa Bárbara Waterfall - Capivara Waterfall - Parallel 14

• At 6:00 am, transfer to the neighboring municipality of Cavalcante.
• We will visit Engenho, 25 km from Cavalcante, part of the historic site Kalunga, former quilombo of refugee slaves from Bahia that were discovered in the 70s.
• We will visit the main natural attraction of the Kalunga community, Santa Bárbara with 30m high, a beautiful river with emerald green waters with large swimming pools.
• After Santa Barbara, let's get to know another attraction of the Kalunga community,
• The waterfall formed by the Capivara river, when it falls through the incredible Capivara canyon, at the beginning of the Almas valley, the main region of the Kalunga community.
• We will take a short walk, along a trail with steep stretches. We will visit a beautiful pool of emerald green water, where the waterfall falls.

• At the end of the tour we will have a lunch prepared by the Kalungas in the Engenho village (not included).
• We will return to Alto Paraíso in the late afternoon, but without visiting Parallel 14.

• It is a parallel on the 14° south of the Earth's equatorial plane. Starting from the GreenWich Meridian and heading east, the 14th Parallel passes through some countries, including Peru and Brazil. The mysticism, focused on the P14, is due to the fact that it crosses Macchu Picchu, in Peru, and the Chapada dos Veadeiros, in Alto Paraíso de Goiás.

3rd Day (Nov 1): Leather Falls

• At 9 am, we will travel 57 km west.
• This day we will visit one of the most impressive complexes in Chapada, the Cataratas dos Couros.
• After 1:30h on off road roads, we will walk approximately 1.5 km along the Rio dos Couros until the beginning of the falls, where the river drops in several stages into a large canyon with approximately 300m of unevenness, forming a festival of waterfalls and pools. We descend along one of the river banks to a part of the drop, where it is possible to see the falls above and below.

• We will return to Alto Paraíso at the end of the day after lunch at the Dona Eleusa Restaurant which is close to the Couros Falls (not included).

4th Day (Nov 2): Waterfall of the Secret

• At 9 am, we will continue towards Serra do Segredo,
• There are 3 km of trail passing several times by the São Miguel River, through dense riparian forest, by footpaths and cerradão, until reaching the magnificent Cachoeira do Segredo.

• Great for bathing and with a magnificent waterfall setting with its 110mt that free fall.

• After the visit to Cachoeira do Segredo, on the way back, we'll take a refreshing bath with crystal clear water in the trail's pool.

• Track Difficulty Level: light to medium
• Lunch in São Jorge in the late afternoon (not included).
• Expected return at 6 pm

5th Day (June 24): Vale da Lua - Transfer Alto Paraíso - Brasília

• At 8 am, we will travel 23km to Vale da Lua.

• Vale da Lua is a private property next to the National Park, 600m walk from the parking lot to the bed of the São Miguel river.

• Lush by rocks with its exotic shapes carved by water over thousands of years and with an impressive geological history that brings people from all over the world to discover this attraction.

• Great for bathing, photos and relaxation in one of our planet's unique settings.

• Entrances: Included
• Expected return at 11:30 am

• Check-out at the inn at 12:00

• Farewell lunch (not included)

• Transfer: 13:30h - Alto Paraíso / Brasília - Arrival at 17h.

• Book flight after 7pm.

Cancellation Policy

As this is a complete schedule, sold in advance, and not hotel room rates, please note the
following cancellation rules:

From the date of booking confirmation until 20 days before the trip, the full amount paid will be refunded;
From 19 to 15 days before the trip, 50% of the total amount paid will be refunded;
From 15 to 10 days before the trip, 20% of the total amount paid will be refunded;
From the 9th day before the trip, it is considered No Show, that is, there will be no refund of any amount paid.
You can cancel or change the date of your trip at least 20 days in advance at no cost
according to the above rule.

IMPORTANT! Your group will be booked and the non-attendance on the scheduled date, makes the company
stop attending other groups, therefore, you are not entitled to a trip in another period.
